This past week was a great one in many ways. God moved tremendously at our Mid Week Manna worship service, in ways impossible to describe. The powerful worship was followed by a powerful lesson entitled "Straight Talk on Marriage" by Pastor Hodges.
On Saturday our Bible Quiz Teams won the District Tournament earning them a spot to compete at the National Tournament in Branson, MO. Led by Bro. Arthur IV, the teams have shown that they are ready to compete at the National Level.
Sunday was a day of revival! Pastor Hodges preached "The Trial of Your Faith," a message of hope and encouragement for these pressing times. Bro. Rick Wyser (Chicago, IL) was our special speaker for our evening service. His message to South Bay was timely and inspiring. Remember that this coming week is our Home Group week.
